Shah Faesal’s party to stay away from LS polls | KNO

Srinagar, March 23 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM) president and former IAS officer, Shah Faesal on Saturday announced that his party will not contest the upcoming parliamentary elections. Addressing a presser here at Kashmir Press Club, Shah Faesal as per KNO Correspondent, said that his party will not contest the Lok Sabha polls and will work to strengthen the party at grass root level. Earlier, the speculations were on rife that Shah will contest the upcoming parliamentary polls from Baramulla constituency. The IAS topper has served at various top posts following which he decided to resign from the country’s elite posts and joined politics.(KNO)
